We’re proud to announce Mrs. Lacey Baxley as the new Assistant Principal of Woodland Elementary! Mrs. Baxley is a Designated Master Teacher and will bring that expertise to the administrative team. Mrs. Baxley has served in a variety of leadership roles throughout her 14 years in education. Most recently, Mrs. Baxley served on the Graham ISD Strategic Planning Committee. She has also served as a leadership team member and a technology leadership team member during her career.

Mrs. Baxley began her teaching career at Woodson ISD teaching elementary and middle school science, as well as junior high and high school theatre. She also taught 3rd grade in Breckenridge ISD, and science in Nocona ISD and has spent the last year teaching 5th grade at Woodland Elementary.

Mrs. Baxley has a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from Midwestern State University and a Master of Education in Administration from Lamar University.
