Graham ISD Strategic Plan 2025-28

On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, the Graham ISD School Board adopted the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan. This document will serve as the blueprint for our work for the next three years. Learn more about the strategic plan and hear from the committee members in our video. We are Committed to Excellence!

WE BELIEVE:  

In developing an effective learning environment that is safe, promotes student innovation, and makes real-world connections.

In fostering relationships to ensure collaboration among students, staff, and community.

In reflecting the values of our community and seeking authentic partnerships in the learning process.

In challenging learners to prepare them for success after high school.

    OBJECTIVE:  All students will be prepared for success at the next level.

    STRATEGIES:

    1.1 – Develop personalized learning to ensure individual needs are met.

    1.2 – Provide a differentiated professional development for all educators to maximize instruction in the classroom utilizing guaranteed and viable curriculum.

    OBJECTIVE:  Recruit and retain highly qualified employees at all levels.

    STRATEGIES: 

    2.1 – Provide opportunities for all staff engagement through personalized professional learning.

    2.2 – Generate a supportive and appreciative work environment where all staff feel valued.

    2.3 – Develop a strategic recruitment plan.

    OBJECTIVE:  Optimize revenues and impact student achievement by increasing attendance rates at all campuses.

    STRATEGIES: 

    3.1 – Develop incentives and impact student achievement by increasing attendance rates at all campuses.

    3.2 – Communicate educational and financial benefits of increased attendance to our stakeholders.

    3.3 – Ensure fiscal efficiency through the budgetary process to meet the academic needs of all students.
     

    OBJECTIVE: Commit to excellence in facilities that promote innovative, healthy, and welcoming learning environments.

    STRATEGIES:

    4.1 – Create a sustainable and comprehensive long-term facility plan.

    4.2 – Communicate and foster support for the facility plan as a vehicle promoting innovative, healthy, and welcoming environments.

    OBJECTIVE:  All stakeholders will take ownership in creating a welcoming, compassionate, unified school community striving for aspirational achievements.

    STRATEGIES:  

    5.1 – Establish consistency across all campuses to promote high expectations, core values, and accountability.

    5.2 – Cultivate an inclusive environment to motivate and facilitate parent partnerships.

    OBJECTIVE:  Provide a safe, healthy and secure environment for all stakeholders.

    STRATEGIES:  

    6.1 – Develop and implement a plan to train all school personnel in hands-on training in trauma informed practices and mental health first aid to better identify and respond to student needs.

    6.2 – Refine and partner with safety and security systems and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.

    OBJECTIVE:  Support student success through clear, consistent, and inclusive communication and marketing that builds trust, reflects our diverse community, and empowers all stakeholders.

    STRATEGIES: 

    7.1 – Promote the district’s identity and success through consistent branding and strategic marketing to build pride and strengthen community support.

    7.2 – Implement clear and streamlined communication practices to ensure all stakeholders receive consistent and accessible information.
