GISD Board of Trustees has named Lane Ledbetter, Ed. D., current Associate Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for Birdville ISD, as the lone finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools for Graham Independent School District. Dr. Ledbetter earned his bachelor's and doctorate degrees from Baylor University and his master's degree from the University of North Texas. His experience includes: director of curriculum and instruction for Birdville ISD; principal at Birdville High School; principal at North Ridge Middle School; assistant principal at Haltom High; the district's administrator for virtual education; and assistant principal at North Richland Middle School. As required by law, all lone finalists are subject to a twenty-one day screening process before final board approval can occur. Dr. Ledbetter will enter into contract with GISD after the twenty-one day waiting period has ended. At this time it has not yet been determined when Dr. Ledbetter will begin his duties as Superintendent of Schools.

To view the pages, go to About GISD, click on District Staff Directory, search for the teacher of your choice and then click on the word Website by their profile information. You will find class information, lessons, dates and resource information for the class.

Graham ISD uses an automated program to send calls/emails/message to GISD parents and staff. This system is used to inform students and parents of important dates, events and campus and district information. Any emergency messages can also be sent through this process. If you want to be included in this sytem, please contact your child's school to have your data updated with home phone, cell phone, and e-mail address.
